Currently using the Simplus but am interested in the Vitera ffm. Has anyone tried it? Likes/dislikes?

I used the Simplus for almost 2 years. I think it is a terrific mask. When the Vitera came out it was described as an upgrade to the Simplus. There are 3-4 slight improvements. .. I have been using it for about a month and find it about the same as the Simplus. The things that were "improved" were never a problem to me.
It's a very comfortable mask...You should try it.

The Vitera is very similar to the Simplus. "Upgrades" for the Vitera include:
- The headgear back panel has a spacer fabric that is supposed to be cooler (better air ventilation) compared to the Simplus headgear
- The design of the rolling membrane at the top of the cushion has been adjusted so it has more travel (can move more before it bottoms out)
- Fancy blue colors
- Nicer clips (same type of clip though, not magnetic)

Mask fit is pretty unique for every face. Have no shopping remorse for trying a new mask. It's the only way to find out what fits for you.

Simplus was my go-too mask before I tried the F20. I still have it as a backup. I'd consider trying the Vitera FF too, but compared to the F20, at least for my face, the Simplus was a "Leaky Louis". It became easier to peel off a mask fart or large leak simply by turning my head, especially after the head gear got stretched out and the cushion became older. My second Simplus got degraded much faster than the first, which was a disappointment. I agree with LSAT that Simplus is comfortable. I hope you'll give us your feedback when you've had it on for a few nights!

Chris

I tried the F20 and it just didn't work for me as the straps on the cheeks were causing a reaction and the cushion just wasn't big enough. I switched to the Simplus with the forehead support and it made a huge difference. I am due for a new mask, so I am looking forward to the change.

I will definitely give feedback after trying it 😊
