Hi... what kind of research and for whom? We like to know where the info is going and what it'll be used for. We also like to help, but you gave us so little to go on.

Looks like from the questions someone is testing the waters on people buying cpap stuff online or brick and mortar store.
Minimal questions and it never asks for anything personal. No biggie.
I went through the questions just to check it out to make sure it appeared safe before I approved it.

I couldn't not disapprove it based on what I saw because I knew Carolyn would since she has approved this sort of thing in the past.
I will be watching though just in case this is a testing post for some spammer to sneak in spam links somewhere.
