New User Graphs and Questions

Thank you all so much for being such a great resource! I'd appreciate any thoughts you all may have about my sleep test results, and also my ongoing APAP use.

I was recently diagnosed with mild sleep apnea based on a home sleep test. However, I'm not sure how I feel about the diagnosis.
The first night, in which I took off the gear at some point in the early morning showed:
Sleep time 291minutes.
AHI 11.2, RDI 19.5, ODI 3.6
O2 less than 90% as a % of sleep 3.4%

Of the AHI events:
4 Central apneas (mean time (12.2)
12 Obstructive apneas (mean time (15.5)
2 mixed apneas (mean time 14.3)
57 Hypopneas (mean time 25.1)

The second night had much better AHI
Sleep time, 302 minutes
AHI 3.2, RDI 9.2, ODI .6
O2 less than 90% as % of sleep 0%

Of the AHI events:
9 central apneas (mean time 18.7)
11 obstructive apneas (mean time 15)
0 mixed apneas
5 hypopnea (mean time 27.5)

There is such a big difference between the two nights.

In any event, the doctor wrote off a prescription and I received a machine with a range of 4-20. I've upped the minimum pressure to 6 so that I can breathe (otherwise I kept taking it off). I've gotten three days of usable data recorded, produced as follows:

It looks like my "obstructive apneas" resolve with minimum pressure/aren't that many to begin with?
It also looks like I have a lot of Central Apneas/Clear Airway/Arousals relative to obstructive apnea.

It has only been a week of APAP and life has been a little crazy, so I can't subjectively tell if there has been any improvement. It just seems odd to me that I don't have many obstructive events, and that the pressure doesn't go much above 9. Thoughts on all of this would be appreciated!

I've attached additional days - reduced Exhale pressure relief to try and help the clear air events (though on close review, many look like SWJ).

It seems odd to me that my 95% pressure is 8, as that seems very low. I'm questioning whether my at home sleep study was a false positive. I will likely try to get a real study done.

Why did you have the sleep study done in the first place? You must have had some sleep problems for you to request the study.
