Best night yet

Post by MurrayNevada » Tue Oct 29, 2019 9:44 am

My first perfect night. I've been under .5 AHI for a couple of weeks but last night was the best. I've learned that many things are possible through persistence.

Congrats on achieving that elusive milestone.
You have come a long way since your first visit here.

while we don't "chase zero" because it's so elusive, we always celebrate it it when it happens.

congrats!

Congratulations! Nice work.

My first perfect night and best night ever, was with a set of twins. Now, nights like that are even more elusive.

If I remember right he's been feeling pretty darn good and sleeping pretty darn good ever since we talked him into trying the ResMed machine over the Respironics he had been using.
That's why he hasn't been around much for quite a while. Off busy doing normal life stuff and not worrying about cpap and numbers and all that stuff.
His biggest issue was machine and mask noise causing sleep disturbances and once he got rid of the bulk of the noise it was smooth sailing in terms of sleep quality.

You remember right Pugsy. The ResMed machine and the help I received from people on this site made all the difference. My life is better and I feel better than I did a year or so ago.
