I only have the Swift, non-II style. You can look here Swift for information on the Swift, and here Swift II for information on the Swift II. Seem to recall that the biggest difference was in the venting, with the II being quieter with smaller, more numerous holes. Looks like the II is not yet available everywhere.

The cpapaustralia website has a good review with FAQ.

I've used both and prefer the Swift II, but the differences are not major. The exhaust holes are smaller and greater in number so the exhaust air is softer and quieter, but it is still loud enough to annoy some people, and my wife still finds the exhaust air enough of a problem to need a pillow between us to block the air. But she is very sensitive to air blowing on her face. It's also easier to clean and harder to reassemble incorrectly.
This is the Swift II and you cann see the smaller holes.
Good luck
Peter

Hi sV,
If you're happy with your current Swift, I'd stick with it. I don't think the changes are sufficient to shell out extra cash for it. If your current one packs it in, yeah upgrade then.
