Need help interpreting Oscar data!

Any red flags in this? Also, what seems to be happening between 1:30 and 5:00ish? Not sure I understand.

You are probably either on your back during those wee hours of the morning or you are in and out of REM sleep...both of which can make our OSA worse and cause us to need more pressure.
Especially between 1:30 and 3:30. Could be either or a combination of both.

Those wee hours of the morning is when we have the most REM sleep and it comes around more frequently and lasts longer.
Google "sleep stages" and take a look at the normal hypnograms for when we normally have REM. You should be able to see a pattern.

It's quite common for people to have their OSA be worse in REM or when sleeping on their back.
My own OSA is 5 times worse in REM than it is in non REM sleep.

You probably need a little more minimum pressure to help the machine break up those clusters if you want to break them up and see this kind of thing often. If it is just a random thing then I wouldn't worry about it.

With max pressure set at 20, I don't see why pressure maxed out at 14 several times between 2 and 4.

Thanks, Pugsy. I believe I may have been awake for a little bit between that time interval as well. Also, I am actually trying to bring my minimum pressure down to see if I can reduce bloating.
