OA and change in Orientation

Post by Bamford » Mon Sep 09, 2019 3:49 pm

Hi,

Checking my Oscar data with Somnopose Orientation information, I noticed that 2 of the 4 OA`s I had last Saturday happened exactly at the time that I changed the side I was sleeping.

In your opinion, I changed sides because of the OA, or the OA was caused by my change of side?

This was the night:

It's most likely you held your breath/did not breath for for 10 seconds whilst you rolled over scoring your self an OA that is not unusual
