If those are Real CAs the CPAP may not help. How did you sleep that night? soundly? Restless? several wake-ups?

Since you report you aren't sleeping very well there is the chance that those flagged central apneas are more related to arousal or awake breathing and not real asleep centrals.

You might want to take the time to try to learn how to distinguish between awake/arousal related flagged events and asleep events.

If you aren't asleep they don't count and instead of worry about them being centrals you need to worry about fixing the bad sleep first.

Do you know whether your sleep study showed CAs? And how long have you been using your machine? Oh, and if you post another chart, could you stack your graphs this way:

Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Flow limitation
Snores.

It’d also be useful if you could turn off the calendar so more information about your settings will be visible.
