aren't you supposed to flame me for being such a bully?
Why do you have to bully people all the time? Are you just trying to make your self feel more important? Or are you just so insecure you bully others in order to build yourself up.

Now you got chewed out for being a bully. Do you feel better now?
He's been hanging out with bombaynone and lucywwesishwasthere too much.... :sigh:

Don't get discouraged by that one night, and it's not that bad.

That huge cluster between 2:30 and 3:45, it looks like you were wide awake. Again from 9:00 - 9:45, looks like you were awake again. That looks like a whole huge of SWJ

Now disregard that and look how great you did from 11:30 - 2:30 and 4:00 - 8:30. Focus on the positive, remember we are volatile meatbags at the end of a hose [ * ], and not to focus on a single night.

Your settings of 7.0 - 10.4 are not wildly different then 6.8 - 10.2, resist you urge to tinker, and watch it for a few days looking and feeling for trends.

Well I've been called a lot of things but I must say Volatile Meatbag is a new one!!!
I didn't think those areas you point out were so great when comparing it to the night before BUT I will press on.
If by resist the urge to tinker, you mean keeping it at the new settings I will do that rather than returning to the
previous ones. All the prior feedback said
to raise my pressures so I did. But I thought it would look amazing when I raised them though. Thanks DS from VM.

Sigh...I know. But I thought when I raised the pressures per all advice, I thought it would look as lovely as the previous nights! :(

Do you remember what woke you up right before 2:30? Was the long period awake when you hooked back up due to discomfort from aerophagia?

I'd point out that you had another fantastic night on the leaks. It's better than last night, according to the stats in the left pane. Might not look like it, but that's just a chart scaling thing.

It's easy to tell when you're awake because your flow limitations go away. All of your CA's are awake CA's. Same with the UA's. You can just subtract them from your AHI. Your AHI is under 2.

Now, there IS that not so little issue of getting good sleep. Maybe the winter cap and scunci is bothering you? This definitely is a YMMV thing, but I'd dislike the winter cap. At any time of year.

Not just a volatile Meatbag, a volatile meatbag at the end of a hose.

It's the hose that makes us special.
