ResMed AirFit F10 versus Quattro Air

Is there any difference in these masks besides the headgear and the fact that one has a forehead piece, and one doesn't? It looks like the cushion, diffuser and elbow are the exact same. Wondering if the F10 is any quieter or not.

The F10 & Quattro face mask is interchangeable it’s the same but the F10 does not have the quiet elbow of the F29 so it is noisy I have never used the Quattro so I cant comment on the noise.
