Hi. My respiratory therapist reset my Resmed Airsense 10 pressures (I did not ask him to do this - he just did it) when I took the machine in for a water leak issue. He wanted to "run it wide open" for a week to see what my numbers are. I prefer to make the adjustments myself without his help. Any feedback on my numbers would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to figure out what my min/max pressure should be set at and why. This data is from last night but is typical of what I have seen over the last week. Thanks!

Re: Help with APAP Pressures
Your results look pretty good. The only thing I would recommend is to raise your minimum pressure to 10 and see how you do. The increased pressure would probably help with the flow limits and snore you still have.

I'd say, based on the pressure curve, that min 11, max 20 (max is irrelevant, there's no reason for you to change it from default) would give you a smoother night.MrXBuf wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 2:48 pmHi. Max at 20, there's no reason, unless you're having aerophagia pains to reduce the max.
Min at 11, looking at the pressure graph, it looks like when you get much below 11, you get some breathing event that causes the pressure to spike back up again, best to avoid those repeated events by raising the min pressure.
