cheers
i take it you're feeling good in the morning?

are the leaks waking you up? if not, can't see that they are a problem.

They're not perfect looking charts, but they're not bad either.

How're you feeling?

thanks for your replies Pugsy Zonker and Palerider.
Yes definitely feeling better these days and I will continue to improve the leak situation.
Im just wondering if you have a copy of a really good "sleepyhead" graph? Id just be very interested

i understand what you are saying, but there really IS no "best" sleepyhead graph. what is best is what is best for YOU.

we have different needs. my great night's sleep won't be yours. and yours won't be mine. it really is down to how you feel.

me, i can actually feel the difference when i'm below an ahi of 1. starting about 1.5 and above, i can get a slight headache feel. and as my full night's ahi goes higher, that headache gets worse.

just sayin'!

And Palerider, you failed to present a "SleepyHead" graph.

Instead you are using a Sneak Peak at OSCAR.

Nobody likes the overly pedantic!

Though, I was wondering if anybody would notice that little difference.

WoooooooOOOOOOWW "no events'? thats incredible.
Well I guess thats something to aim for. I am sure when I have lower AHI's I have a better day.
Not so tired.
Palerider, you use a P10 nasal ? the head strap doesn't stay tight for long. Is there an alternative strap
that would fit or another version like the P10 airlift that has a better head strap?
thanks for all the responses. Brings about a lot of enthusiasm to improve.
Just listening to some old Randy Newman, Sail away album and Good ole boys.
great music.
cheers All and thanks

Look at the Bleep/Dreamport.....sweet and no headgear to mess with at all.

There are some little clips available for when the P10 headgear gets stretched out.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... gear-clips

The P10 frame can be attached to the Swift FX headgear which is mainly silicone that is adjustable with just a little elastic strap in the back and that is also adjustable.

This headgear

To this frame that the pillow sticks on. Don't freak out on the price....EBay is probably cheaper

And you get this

It's rare, and I don't try for it. I don't really feel much different anywhere from 0.0 to 1.5... and when I get much over 2, I definitely feel it the next day.

Trying to get a zero night is an exercise in diminishing returns. The closer you get, the less difference it makes...

I've been using the P10 for a few years, (though I've been testing the Bleep Dreamport for the last couple weeks) and what I've settled on doing is to have a few of the headgear straps, (off ebay) and every week or so, I'll take the strap off, and throw it in the laundry, and put on different on, then when then laundry comes out of the dryer, I toss that strap back in with the others... so I cycle through them.

Washing them causes them to shrink, and doing it regularly seems to increase the lifespan.

I think you meant Washing makes them shrink

Indeed... corrected.
