Nuvigil alone will mess with sleep architecture. It's still in your system at night even with a morning dose. It's not totally gone.

And Topamax can cause some of the very symptoms you are taking the Nuvigil for
Tiredness, drowsiness, dizziness, loss of coordination, tingling of the hands/feet, loss of appetite, bad taste in your mouth, diarrhea, and weight loss may occur. Mental problems such as confusion, slowed thinking, trouble concentrating or paying attention, nervousness, memory problems, or speech/language problems may also occur.
And anytime I see "nervousness" as a symptom it sets off radar alarms for messing with sleep as well. Often they go hand in hand.

And Reglan...same thing

Reglan (metoclopramide) is a dopamine antagonist that is used as an antiemetic (anti-vomiting) agent used to treat nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, heartburn and early satiety (feeling of fullness). Reglan is available in generic form. Common side effects of Reglan are:

decreased energy,
tiredness,

diarrhea,
dizziness,
drowsiness,
headache,
nausea,
vomiting,
restlessness,
malaise,

trouble sleeping (insomnia),
breast tenderness or swelling,
changes in your menstrual periods, or
urinating more than usual.
