If new, the machine came with an SD card. Harass your DME to give it to you.
My DME was going to take mine but I said the sleep doctor told me I needed to bring in the card.

I bought it from a third party, not a DME, so I guess they took the card out at some point. Doesn't matter, they aren't expensive I can just buy one. No big deal.

Ok I put the card in there. I hope it doesn't catch on fire because of you crazy people! So where do I download this sleepyhead software?

AND how do I get it to stop shutting off after a couple seconds? I want to run some air through it for a couple minutes. Just incase there's spiders or a scorpion in it

as to the other, go to the menu and turn off the auto off feature.
