someone better at it than i will be along to give advice. as far as i am concerned , there is always room for improvement. i wouldn't be happy with an ahi anywhere near 5.

here's an example of how the experts would like to see your chart presented-
your image doesn't show all they want. you need to shrink your individual events so they can see all of the graph that they need to see.

You didn't use the machine very long..short night. Doesn't look like you slept real well....Raise your minimum to 10

Yes, start by raising your min pressure to 10. There's improvement to be had

your AHI from last night would be good enough for most doctors, but not for us, we want *better*!

Thanks guys, will raise it to 10. It took them 3 years to figure out that I had apnea. They started at thyroid issues then low testosterone.
