I purchased my resmed ASV from a used seller online. I noticed that the sleep report does not show AHI events and only shows AHI events in the clinical menu sleep report. Is this how the ASV version really is or is my firmware out of date? Am I able to do a firmware update on my own?

I think you need to go into the clinical setup menu and change the setting "Essentials" from On to Plus.
See if that let's you see the events on the easy first thing you see sleep report.
Patients normally can't update any of these ResMed machines.
If ResMed wants to update things they can send it out over the cellular connection though. Doesn't happen very often.

Once again you save the day!!!! Worked like a charm.. I'm still trying to find the clinical manual for the ASV online bit can't find it anywhere. It's on Resmeds website but you available to professional health care providers
