yeah, confirming your suspicion of needing to increase the minimum. you can either raise it incrementally to 6 or just push it up immediately. i'm always cautious about bumping the pressure too quickly, but that's me. whatever you are comfortable with.
2324Ace had been at a straight pressure of 15... needs to get back very close to that for a minimum right away, actually :)
what? you mean i have to actually pay attention to previous conversation before i spew my silly opinion?
Nah, that'd be too shocking! *stagger*

OK better sleep but AHI still much higher than I was experiencing a week ago at constant 15 pressure

Interesting it went as high as 18. I will also turn off ramp feature tonight. Maybe APAP just can't keep up.....for reference my readings from a week ago:

Sleep varies... go ahead and bump the min back up to what you had before, 15.

What else may have changed for you in your life lately?

sorry i wasnt clear. was not so focused on H vs OA ratio but fact that I went from zero to much higher numbers. Last night lower AHI but H events higher and OA lower. interstingly felt very tired this morning. I shortened ramp time only last night. just want to have one variable change per night.

Ramp isn't really a variable, since it only affects the start of the night. You should have raised your minimum.

I don't know why you need higher pressures than you did a couple weeks ago, but you do. Something has changed, but it wasn't the cpap.
