Never. My S9 auto takes care of pressure changes. I just sleep.

Depending on how much time you've got, we could have a VERY lengthy discussion on that, given that I am essentially a modern-day adult babysitter with a badge. And, this is why, for the vast majority of people... do not lower the max pressure.. Max pressure is immaterial for *most* people.
