Were you asleep?
There's an obvious break in therapy right before that ugliness so we know you were awake at that time.

If I sleep through the night this doesn't happen. If I have to go to the room during the night and then go back to sleep this happens.
(My Doctor thought that my heart murmur was a little louder. So I went to a cardiologist and had an EKG and a more extensive test. I passed both.)
The pressure on my machine seems to be fine. When it happens it feels like I'm not getting enough air.

Not deep sleep. I feel like I'm not getting as much air as I should. But the N20 vent seems to be putting out the proper amount of air out.The first time that happened I thought that the machine was in ramp. :D

So you are awake enough to feel like you aren't getting enough air for some reason...
These may just be a clustering of sleep onset centrals where you get in a nasty circle of unstable breathing and keep bouncing out of sleep onset repeatedly instead of progressing past sleep onset and transition on into normal sleep.
Might just be SWJ too.
If it's real (and maybe sleep onset centrals) and just the fact that you keep bouncing out of sleep instead transitioning on into sleep...I have no idea why or what to do about it.
Since it doesn't happen often I don't know what to do about it or if it is worth trying to figure out what to do about it.

Only thing I might think of doing is a recording pulse oximeter and see if/when this happens what the O2 levels are when it happens just for peace of mind mainly.

I have had this sort of thing happen randomly over the years but the worst I saw was 17 centrals in 17 minutes. It's never happened often enough that I worried about it though.

Thank you Pugsy.
I will check my oxygen level and use my P10 mask for a while.

My oxygen level never goes below 88. My air problem just happens when I turn the machine back on and then go back to sleep The events are listed as CA's.
Do you think that another type of machine could help?

There is another machine that can deal with the centrals but I don't know if what you are seeing is a big enough problem that you need that other machine.
It's not like you are spending half the night with PB/CSR breathing with centrals...it's a rather small segment and doesn't happen for long periods of the night.
If you aren't asleep...they don't count anyway.

Something you should talk over with your doctor and see if he is concerned about it or not. With time it might become less and less of a happening anyway.
