Could someone please give me the definitions of the numbers below the words Sleep and Wake in the attached? Or point me to a link?

Sleep is the time of the beginning of the first sleep session within a 24 hour period.
Wake is the time of the wake up of the last sleep session within that same 24 hour period.
Hours is the cumulative total of the hours of use of the machine during the sleep session(s).
