Update: Night 2

Post by Restless » Thu Jan 25, 2007 5:22 am

I spent my second night at home hooked up to my CPAP equipment. It went better than the night before. I did sleep, and the swift stayed on the entire time. I got 7 hours. I'm still tired, but better than yesterday. Maybe there's hope......

It takes time to get used to all of this. Keep up the good work. Each night it should get just a bit easier!

Sounds like you are on your way. There will be bumps in the road, but at least you know you can do it.
Good luck!
