Newbie questions

On Resmed air curve 10 vauto for a week. Can't get computer to take sleepyhead download. Still trying.
What is included in ..Events on my machine.....it varies from 5.1 to 2.4 to 8.2...with ahi doing up from 2.6 to 6.2...
Before Bpap was ahi of 54.8....also will a few cocktails in evening run the numbers up.
Don't see doctor for follow up for two months.....feeling a little better after a week....averaging 8.5 hours used a nite.

There is a little more detail available on the LCD screen. Like what categories of events is making up that AHI you see but you have to go a little further in the sleep report to see that additional data.

What kind of computer do you have that won't let you download Sleepyhead?

I use a Apple iPad.....won't allow me
My wife uses a dell notebook and I get system failure....I hit resume and get another system failure in a few minutes.
Not good with computers that's why I use iPad. Maybe it's my provider?

SleepyHead won't work on the iPad.
I have an iPad...it won't work. No way to get the SD card contents to it even if it would work.

It should work on the Dell though ....what Windows version is on the Dell?

I thought I had Windows 10 update in place..I'm getting a pop up from Microsoft saying I need a security update before I can do sleepyhead. I'm old and not computer literate.wish one of my four sons lived near....ill keep at it. Thanks for your help..
