Thanks for posting the information.
I did take the time to read Dr Krakow's review. I still like him...he thinks outside the box and a lot of people need that to work through whatever issues they are having.
I have often wished that you had access to Dr Krakow for your own particular sleep issues.
He's not afraid to put comfort first which has long been one of my pet peeves when people say that it's "only a comfort feature and not part of real therapy".
Makes it sound like comfort isn't important and to me it is very important because if someone isn't comfortable they can't sleep well and the whole game of this stuff is getting to sleep and staying asleep.
