Still confused :-(

Since I do not have sleep apnea, the assumption is that it might be UARS, and it's very frustrating to not know what is really going on. Now there is another thing to add confusion - at least for me.

I wasn't getting any improvement after 2 months with my APAP (last settings were 12/18), but I have an opportunity to try an ASV.

Current settings are EPAP 8-12 with a PS of 17, I had tried a PS of 10, but it made for a poor night's sleep.

Now, the only ASV flags are leaks and hyponeas with pressure going to 25 frequently. I still have too many leaks (back door blowing open) but I feel better.

Should I be worried about the pressure going so high? Does it possibly mean anything that I seem to need that high of pressure? If it's triggering centrals, it's not reporting them.

I should be seeing a sleep specialist (the doctor) soon, is there anything in particular I should be asking him?
