Just wondering if you could use Listerine to clean your CPAP equipment if you run out of vinegar?

Could you? Sure....you could use anything but should you???
I suppose a person "could" but I wouldn't do it because I don't know what effect the ingredients in Listerine would have on whatever I was cleaning.

Besides...hot soapy water works very well and it doesn't harm the equipment or leave any residue of anything (look up the ingredients in Listerine..I just did and besides the alcohol content they use essential oils which have the potential for being hard to remove).
