Post by bill68105 » Tue Jul 18, 2017 2:36 pm

Hi all,

I am new to this so hang in there with me
I need a print out of my usage
its for a CDL physical for my job
I took my SD card in to have a print out
the lady would not print it for me
because I have not ordered from them
any supplies i may need.
I told my DR about this and she said take
it to the library and they can print it
I did they told me there is no data on it
I need this ASAP any help you can send
my way i am very thankful for.

Exactly which machine brand and model are you using?

You can get the available software and print out your own reports.

Doesn't matter. The S9 machine stores the usage hours on its internal memory and will simply put the data stored in the internal memory right back on a blank SD card.

Get ResScan and print your own reports.

At the link I posted above there is another link for how and where to get ResScan. Windows only though. If you are using Windows 8 or higher be sure to lock the SD card first before putting it in your computer. The S9 is a picky thing and Windows 8 or higher adds a little text file to the SD card that your S9 won't like. There is a way to remove it if you forget but if you don't remove it and the S9 squawks then you have to erase the card before it will quit squawking.
AirSense 10 users don't have to lock their SD cards...those machines don't care about the text file.

See here if you can't find the information about obtaining ResScan at the above link. You must be a registered and logged in forum member there to get ResScan.

You could use SleepyHead but I think the doctors signing off on the DOT medical cards will want ResScan and may not be familiar with SleepyHead.
There's a little video tutorial on how to use ResScan
