How To Change User ID ???
I know how to spell better than this! Its my fat fingers w/a mind of their own. Besides, after 21 nights on PAP I'm not so frustrated anymore!

Hi!
I believe that only ONE "User-id" is permitted for each email address AND IP address.
So, 'assuming' that is the case, your best bet would be to post a plea to the Site Administrator, to have your current userid removed in order that you may enter a new one.
Good luck, and stick with it; post again here if unsuccessful; I'm sure others have suggestions also.

I forgot to mention this in my first post:Frustsrated wrote:I know how to spell better than this! Its my fat fingers w/a mind of their own.
I worked with a guy who used to say: "I just washed my hands, and can't do a THING with them!"

You guys sure you are getting enough sleep??!!
I did send a plea to the Big Question mark at the top of the page. I'll never remember how to misspell this ID a couple of days from now!!!! (You know how it is when you don't get enough sleep - punch drunk or in a coma).

Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I can only share my experience:
When having trouble logging in, the sysadmin (whomsoever that may be) suggested that I re-register with a 2 behind my name, or something similar.
If that is true, then wouldn't re-registering for a new name (spelled correctly!) be the simple solution? Just let the old one moulder....
This works only if more than one address per IP is allowed.

Be kinder than necessary; everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

If they are using the same computer, they certainly would have the same IP address, unless special software is being used.Vader wrote:Offerocker wrote:Hi!

.
hmmm...then what happens if a husband and wife with apnea both want to post here? wouldn't they *possibly* share the same IP address?
Note: I used the word 'and userid' as a 'possibility'; I'm not sure, just guessing here. I don't really know the criteria used for this site.

"The force be with you" probably referred to CPAP air pressure and not running one's machine backwards. .wading thru the muck! wrote:Oh no!
