FP HC431 Inserts

I have the FP HC431 FF mask and love it. However ,some people said that the inserts can tear easily especially after all the cleaning of the mask.
Does anyone have the HC431 and have problems with the inserts tearing?
How long does the insert last before you need a new one if it does not tear?

My DME said that my insurance allows for a new insert each month. That is good to know and have a spare handy just in case!

Hi Jeff,

I'm still on my first 431 cushion, but it's only been 3 weeks. I wash it daily. I have been told by some other folks who use it to expect about 3 months out of a cushion. You get 1 every month???? Cool.

I get about a month out of them. I have small and medium inserts I'd like to swap for larges. PM me, please.

My cushion never tore but I did notice after about 3 months it wasn't sealing as well and my leak rate went up significantly. You are actually entitled to a new insert every month? I would take advantage of that insurance perk
