If I haven't achieved the "distinction" already, I'm sure I'll soon be known as the resident curmudgeon around here.
Yet another thread about the "latest and greatest" interface that everyone swarmed to, immediately began sharing ways to "surgically" correct its deficiencies, contacted Padacheek for yet another solution to "constant irritation," and then, for the majority, throwing it into a closet or drawer to join the uncounted number of "holy grail" interfaces in its final resting place.
Over the past 3 years that I've been on CPAP I've followed these discussions carefully, and, without fail, there were always serious problems at least for some of the users, but I keep reading, and waiting for a greater consensus before considering trying it myself.
I've come to the conclusion, that for me, at least, this is an effort in futility. Although a real antique, the Adam Circuit I've used all along, and which is dirt cheap, provides everything I need in an interface. It is all cloth, and, therefore, extremely comfortable in any position. The Velcro allows almost infinite adjustments to assure a good seal of the nasal pillows. The hose exits over the top of my head, and is very unobtrusive. It's very compact, light weight, and easy to transport.
But best of all, I get a wonderful nights sleep. For me, I've found my "holy grail," and plan to look no further.

Hybrid is still my favorite full face. Heck, favorite mask all around.
I might mention I use flex fit headgear.
Love the mask, though. Best thing on the market.

I hope the flex fit headgear lasts a long time because I don't think Ill ever
go back to the Hybrids headgear.
