Ok, anybody have any bright ideas?
I've got psoriasis on my scalp currently in the spots where my headgear sits on my head. If I have to get into the nasty topicals they'll get all over the headgear. Currently just using the shampoos.
Oh and I sent a message to padacheek this morning to see if she's got something that'll help.

I was going to suggest checking out the padacheeks pads! If that doesn't work, could you wear a light knit hat under your headgear? If the knit is too bulky, what about those skins that some motorcyclists wear under their helmets? (I need to get one of those for saving my hairdo while on the Harley, but that's a whole other topic!)

I also have psoriasis on my scalp. I find that I always get it this time of year but this year is especially bad. Never entered my mind that it could be the headgear. I'll have to ask the dermatologist about it.

How about removing the pale blue beadgear from the crown piece and using Rested Gal's stocking legs idea. I find it works well, as I didn't care for the original headgear, but will give it another try at some point. You can always tie a strip of material across the down hose leading to the pillows, to help keep it stable if necessary. The stockings would be easily washed or replaced and it would then only leave the stiff headgear piece to protect, which a piece of kitchen roll, or material, would do.
In view of the way OSA makes one feel when untreated I'm not suprised it is associated with Psoriasis, but hopefully being on the hose will alleviate the condition as one starts to feel better.
OSA seems to be responsible for a lot things.
