last night 10 hours of sleep

Don't know what happened but woke up at 10am which haven't done since I was a teen,everything seemed to click no mask leak finally got my pillow in a good position,ahi was a 2 and 90% pressure a 14 usually 15 or higher lets hope this continues,still no boost of energy but boy I felt like a normal human instead of a zombie.Just would like to thank all who have helped me so far and a special thanks to pugsy for taking time out of her day to help me
