Hi all,
I knocked my devilbiss intellipap auto adjust over (upside down) when moving some furniture around in the bedroom. While it was by no means a hard fall and I quickly picked it up, it hasn't been working properly since. Specifically, it doesn't seem to be detecting when I am breathing or exhaling as the Auto On feature isn't working (feature is selected in settings), and the smart flex exhalation reduction isn't kicking in when I exhale. Does anyone have any ides about things I can try to troubleshoot? Any help is much appreciated!

Re: help needed with devilbiss intellipap
You didn't mention if the humidifier was involved (if water likely got into the machine), but presuming it did not, I might go through the menu all over again, resetting things, and if that didn't work I'd take it to the dealer, because depending on what you do or don't do, the warranty could be voided and/or things made worse. If water did (or likely did) get in, I guess you could try just waiting a few days for it to dry out. Machines are generally not 'gotten into' as such, and taking it apart might be a worm can... good luck!
