My Resmed is sending cold air out and never air gets warm, hurts bridge is my nose and my sinus area. Anyone else have this trouble with H5i?

What is your humidifier setting? If you are in a humid area or have a lot of humidity in your home, the humidifier may not need to put out any humidity.
In that case, it is just taking the room temperature air and passing it through the CPAP to your nose. You could try a heated hose.

It appears you have a ResMed machine, but there are several different kinds, plus the user's environment plays a role. You should register and list your equipment in your equipment profile before we can adequately discuss humidifiers and heated hoses with you... there's several ways to go depending on your CPAP machine. Here's some info on what we'll need to see:
