Does the Amara View LEAK AT NOSE A LOT?

Post by Goofy Lady » Fri Oct 23, 2015 5:23 pm

I havent even started this new mask and am paranoid about it leaking too much and keeping me awake. Im at my wits end and just need a break. I need it to work! Its hard enough to get adjusted to this CPAP without all of the other complications.

Hi, Goofy Lady, I've had this mask for a couple of weeks now and really like it. Mine came with a fake nose lodged in the mask to show how to use it. I've had no large leaks using this mask and find it really comfortable. Good luck tonight! Best, Tuza

Fake nose, egad! I just had an image of the cloning scene from "Sleeper".

I suggest you give it a try before bed time so you can figure out how to adjust it
Sometimes it takes a retry or two for me to get it right, once I get it, it's almost not there. Get the point of your nose in the right place and rest is pretty easy. Little adjustments to the straps at a time.
Sleeping MUCH better now
