sore throat

sore throat

has anyone gotten a very sore throat nightly from that constant air pressure? am 8 month user and now this, had to take off pillows

No. If anything, the humidity has improved my passages.
If you are not using a heated humidifier, you may need to.

If you use a nasal (only) mask, but mouth breathe when sleeping, you not only lose the Cpap air that should be going down your airway, but will wake up very dry (and eventually sore). I'd look into a full face mask if it sounds appropriate.
