Resmed Airfit P10 seems to stay in place, but it seems like an improved FX. It's lighter and has less obtrusive head gear and venting, and lower profile. What problem did you have with the FX?

You've got two "competing" threads going, which are discussing similar subjects.

But......
If you could sleep on your left side (and maybe raise the head of your bed), you may be able to solve both problems.
Back sleeping (supine) is the worst for apneas and usually requires more pressure to treat them. And, sleeping on your left side should put your stomach opening on the upper side to relieve your gastric distress. AND, you should be able to get by with lower pressures which would still treat your apneas and help your gastric situation.
