you might consider donating it to awakeinamerica.org they will see that it goes to a financially needy, uninsure person

the person i'm trying to get it for is a financially needy, uninsured person who is disabled. she is a dear friend of mine who had a cpap machine from a long time ago that just quit working a few days ago, she is no longer insured and does not have any other way to get a machine, she is on a pension that is barely enough to keep the lights on at her place, i'm offended by the fact that guest here is thinking that i'm just a greedy grabby person trying to get a machine that i don't need.

red...

2 deep cleansing breaths....
I didn't see anything about you being a greedy grabber.

I was thinking about buying it just to HAVE it for someone who needed it. You already have that someone. My hat is off to you for taking care of someone in need.

Namaste

I have suggested to several people to join us at this site because of the caring and helpful members on this site. I assure them there is not a better sleep apnea support forum out there that I am aware of.

We are all blessed in the fact that we can help others in need because we have our needs met.
Part of the charm of this site is the fact that we are trying to help those who do not know what we know about what is available to us. Also we are aware of the joy of quality sleep and can probably remember what it was like before our beloved CPAP machines came into our lives. Helping others get their lives back to normal is the reason I am here.
I think that is the reason we are here in the first place and helping those less fortunate (or less computer literate) is the core of this site.

I am glad to be associated with such a caring group of people.

Karen
