NEW user for about a month now

Post by iwant2sleep » Mon Dec 01, 2014 11:10 am

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to get used to all of this new medical equipment and uses. I appreciate everyone's posts as I've gleaned a little knowledge so far that sure wasn't explained to me by the sleep doctor or staff.

I just wanted to post my info from sleepyhead and wondered if someone could help explain some of it to me.

Thanks,

For one month in, and at those high pressures -- your reports look exceptionally good. Leaks are under control, AHI is well below 5.

Is less than 6 hours of sleep enough for you?

If you have specific questions about what things mean, post again or check out Pugsy's SleepyHead tutorials at the top of the page.
