I don't know about anyone else, but I use baby shampoo. Just a small amount (one pump) on a natural sea sponge. Wash thoroughly and rinse in warm water 2-3 times then air dry.

I also use baby shampoo to wash my face before bed. Also rinsing 2-3 times and pat dry with microfiber towel.

There may be proper cleaning stuff out there, but I have really sensitive skin (I don't use anything on my skin other than baby shampoo).

I got the cap mask wipes from our host cpap.com when I made purchases. I use those for minor cleaning, and I have Dove dish soap that is used for a deeper clean, plus on the rest of the mask, hose etc. Mild, and smells nice (couldn't find unscented).

Ya I been using the baby shampoo as well. Warm water and shampoo....kinda lay it out of towel....maybe a turn or shake a few times lol. But I won't say thats the best way....just what I've been doing.

I use Seventh Generation dishwashing liquid and warm water. Pillows every morning, P10 frame and humidifier tank every week, hose every month or so.

Like the neutral smell

I gave up exensive cleaning about 5 years ago, now i just wipe the mask with a little purell to remove facial oils and maybe wash it every couple weeks if it looks like it needs it. never bother with the hose.
