It sounds to me as if he was given some mask the hospital used rather than one we might be familiar with... and from his description, I don't know if he can answer the way we'd like him to.

It is a bit hard to explain it but I am going to try and be as clear as possible.
First of all mask and hose both are pretty new like 2-3 months.

Ok, So the 3 small holes which I know are meant to be there , These 3 holes are on the top part of the mask the part which is placed on nose between eyes.
The connection between mask and pipe is done by 3 things..First is the simple pipe, Second is the mask which has a big round hole in it and third is a small plastic piece( I think thats what you have been calling hose. It is kind of L shaped.)

Now the one end of the hose (the plastic piece as I mentioned above) is pushed inside the big round hole of the mask and the other end of hose is a little smaller in diameter than the diameter pipe so the pipe comes over( Attached ) to the other end of hose.
The hose also has one hole which is blocked by a stopper ...like those kid's air toys have a stopper its pretty much the same. And I never opened that stopper.
Now I figured the air was coming from the hose ... it is hard to explain that from which part of hose but it an a thin rectangular line which throws some air out..The thin line doesn't really look like its broken or a crack or something ..To me it looks as if the mask was made that way. If it was made like that then there are two places which pump air out ...One is the 3 small holes on top of the mask and other is the hose.

Hamza,
Can you give us the name of your mother's machine and if it has any numbers on the bottom of the blower unit? Be sure and remove the water if it has a humidifier connected. With this information we can try to figure out if her machine is data capable. If it is data capable with a SD card in it we can help you with software to see her leak rate. Does your machine tell you that you have leaks?
I believe the stopper you are describing is for oxygen tubing if needed. Usually the mask also will have a name somewhere on it, maybe only raised letters. If you could find this it would be helpful.

You could go to Cpap.com and look through their mask until you find one that looks like hers.

You said there are 3 vent holes... that again makes me think you have some no-name mask the hospital issued, not a 'regular' Cpap mask like the rest of us have - that we got from a Cpap dealer. The hospital uses different masks than we do (and it's not because we're in N. America, but because equipment used in hospitals is not the same as we buy anywhere from dealers. I think you need to try a 'regular' mask - either one that just covers your nose (like nasal pillows) or a 'full face' one that also covers your mouth and stops you losing Cpap air if your mouth opens when you're sleeping. Go to Cpap.com and look at the different masks - see if yours looks a lot like any of them (you can see details in the zoom/enlarge pix). The masks we all get from dealers have small (< 1 inch) patches of very many tiny holes to diffuse (spread out) the CO2 coming out... not just 3 holes.
