"Magic" pressure level

Post by Tatooed Lady » Thu Jan 15, 2015 12:25 pm

I started therapy last May. Prior to this, I NEEDED 30 minute power naps almost every day, within 2 or 3 hours of starting my day. This schedule SUCKED. I have tweaked pressure settings since then, from the original "wide open, good luck" to my latest of around 10.5 to 15. I found that initially after increases of .5-1cm, I would feel better for a couple days, but then go back to needing naps. Since hitting double digits, however...I've seen a marked increase in ability to go through the day without all but falling asleep at the wheel. Things aren't perfectly set yet, I will continue to tweak and adjust as needed...but without this forum, and the help (and hassle, thanks PR! ) found here, I would still be miserable and dangerous.

well, some people can point themselves in the right direction and head on out with a bit of info, and some people need a bit more guidance... then there's some that need a bit more... hold on a minute, I need to put new batteries in the cattle prod, and I'll be right back with you

Wise ass. I'm now just dangerous enough to make those around me miserable. And as I aim for the gonads...ducking is a REALLY bad idea.
