Cflex level, effects missed events?

I wonder if the higher the CFLEX level the higher number of missed events would be. I would suspect that if there is more of a pressure drop the chances of a missed event could be higher (might explain my higher AHI too). Anyone try testing this out? My AHI is not consistant enough to make that determination... Derek, you up for another test?

Mikesus,
The exhalation relief is just during the first part of the exhalation cycle, so it is not likely to increase AHI. You could turn off the C-flex for a few days to see if it improves things for you.

Was hoping for somone braver than I to try that!! I don't think I could stand APAP/CPAP without it! Only reason I was wondering is I did change the level, then again I upped the humidifier too.. But if you are offering to do it in the name of science, I will be over here with C-flex still on!wading thru the muck! wrote:Mikesus,
