Sleepyhead Display Scales

Post by pikov22 » Thu Jan 08, 2015 4:14 pm

Is there any way to expand the graph for "Session Time"? My sleep pattern seems to be a series of naps (usually 3 at night and one in the afternoon) separated by periods of being up and around. I would like to see the kind of detail that an expanded vertical scale would reveal.

all sleepyhead graphs can be dragged to new positions, and resized.

just grab the bar at the bottom of the chart and drag it.

SH is very adjustable, it's a big thing with it's programmer... making things look good and be useful and customizable. sometimes tooo customizable... but that's why there's a 'reset to defaults' for the settings...

You may have noticed this after PR's comments but when you select/ highlight any particular area on the event graph the text under that graph will tell you the AHI for the selected area.

I find this useful to get a more accurate reading by sometimes not selecting the awakening area on each end of the night if I just laid there awake (watching tv etc.) and recorded some event(s).
