cwillis, I concur with palerider; mask liners were a game changer for me as well! Two excellent sources for liners: http://www.padacheek.com and https://www.cpap.com. At cpap.com you can order RemZzzzs, but many DMEs do carry them if you don't want to wait for an order.

Some forum members swear by the Pad-A-Cheek liners, others like the RemZzzs. Each is styled differently, and of different material so it's a matter of personal preference. I tried both and prefer the RemZzzs, which are said to be one-time-use disposables, but I've discovered that I can wash an reuse them. I wear each just one time, then toss into a mesh wash bag and toss in the washing machine with my laundry. I lay them flat to dry, then iron to retain their shape. It's been months since I've purchased any. RemZzzs are putzier to put on than the Pad-A-Cheek liners.

Jay Aitchsee wrote:CW, it could be all of the above. There is a learning curve associated with a FFM that can be a little difficult. If you haven't done so, review member Jan's http://maskarrayed.wordpress.com/taming ... e-quattro/ as well as ResMed's videos which can be found at CPAP.com and here http://www.resmed.com/us/en/consumer/pr ... attro.html
Balancing the tension of the straps to prevent leaks and squeals takes some practice. Most make the mistake, in the beginning, of over tightening. It is counter intuitive to loosen something to prevent leaks.
Once you get it, though, I think you'll be pleased. It's the only way many of us whose throats do not seal (which lets pressure escape through the mouth) can obtain consistent therapy. For many of us, tape, or chin straps, or whatever just won't do.
Good luck.
This might help me I'm going to review tonight. Right now I have no prescription for equipment, makes it hard to obtain different masks, I have to "piece" them together can't use CPAP.com?

And thank you! I actually ordered the Remzzzs last night and will use your cleaning tips.

Success in wearing mask FFM whole night, however I wake up every 45 mins to pee about 6 times before finally getting 3 hours. But this 3 hours was spent on my back and then numbers were awful. Tonight is another night and now I need to work on side sleeping, among other things. Lot on my plate.
