I read that my Remstarauto can not run sleepy head. I have EncoreBasic so
realy don't need it but was wondering if my machine might be suported in the
near future and if Sleepyhead does a better job of displaying data. I tried
to register with Apniaboard.com where this is talked about but my registration
just does not work.

Re: Sleepyhead question
EncoreBasic does a good job of showing the M Series data and has most of the features that Sleepyhead has, You can observe event flags, pressure, leaks snores and other graphs in Encore. The newest version allows looking at detailed waveform charts for a single day so you can see breath by breath how events go during the night. The M-Series does not differentiate OA and CA events, and misses some other important sleep disturbance data. You'd be surprised what you're missing.
I recently changed to a PR system one 60 series and it works with Sleepyhead. I find there are many additional reports and analyses available now and it's easy to use, especially not having to deal with the Smartcard and MT-3500 reader. The only way you'll move into sleepyhead is when you eventually upgrade the M-Series to a more current machine. It's worth it, and the machine itself works better. Keep an eye out for a good deal on a DS560, or use your insurance. You're overdue for upgrade.

Re: Sleepyhead question
I think the author of SleepyHead expressed some interest in making it read M series data, but I suspect it will be a long time, if ever, before he gets around to it.

Re: Sleepyhead question
The number of people with the older M-Series machines is getting smaller and smaller since they are upgrading to newer systems. I still have one as a backup and have the smart card reader and Encore Basic for it, but I really don't use that machine.
