Some people make a ponytail and put it in between the straps...

If you can.. go into your DME and try a bunch on. I like the mirage Quattro and the Quattro FX. I had the same issue with the FX sliding into my eyeballs.. trick for me was the bottom straps needed to be tighter.

We are all different but my favorite FFM is the F&P Simplus.......I have had same leak problems with other masks but this one seals well in that area. I also find that a Pad-A-cheek liner helps as well.

If you otherwise like the F10, then how about considering different headgear? I recently had the same problem with mask movements and small leaks, so I decided to try this headgear:

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/softca ... onics.html

I had to cut the straps down since they were too long. Otherwise it was an answer to prayer. It is both very stable and comfortable at the same time. I found the F10 headgear to be too stretchy (hence the mask slippage) which is a problem with the design. The "O" on the back of my head stretches too much over my head and it lands on the back of my ears. The "Soft Cap" headgear does away with this design by providing a soft cap, like the name implies. I have short hair and it does not mess up my hair at all. No more sore ears, leaks in the eye, or repositioning problems. It is universal for FFMs, so if you want to try a different mask, it should fit that one too.

I use the airfit F10 and my dme initally set me up with a medium, when my sinuses act up and I cough at night it would gradually slip upwards until the bottom of it fell in my mouth. I went up a size to the large and it works better, the top of it sets in the low spot where the bridge of your nose meets your forehead(in kind of a depression so it cant slip upwards) and the bottom sits about halfway down my chin.

I'm the opposite of Johnny in that my small F10 slid up because it was too big. I have been using an x-small since Tuesday and it's much better. The bottom nestles right under my lower lip and everything stays in place.

I started with a Large Sized F10 but went down to an Medium sized cushion within 4 weeks.

I wear it a bit loose. So loose that if I grind my lower jaw, it leaks a little. I use a DIY mask liner as well.
I got a good seal on both of them with minimal leak rates as per SH. Both ride up towards the top of the nose as I am an active side sleeper. But the seal is still maintained. I think its the float like a hovercraft design that works well. And the liner adds a baffle layer which helps keep the leaks down.

You may want to try Quattro Air - same cushion but the top anchor moves to the forehead. Both these masks are latest generation masks.

Use a blue headgear and not the pink.
