IonMySleep
IonMySleep
I been seeing ads on TV from IonMySleep. Searching the forum I found no mention. They seem to target Medicare patients saying "no cost for supplies" if you are a Medicare patient. Anyone ever do business with them? Reviews?

The lights in the room suddenly dim, a dog howls, and thunderclaps well up when that ad comes on.
I have no personal opinion, save the logic that more advertising = more profit.
If you do not yet own an eleven foot pole, I recommend you shop for one--heavy duty.

Re: IonMySleep
The put at "no cost to you" in big letters on the TV ads and in little letters is the "at little or" part of "at little or no cost to you".
If you have Medicare and a supplement then if Medicare will pay and your supplement...then there's "no cost to you".

Looks like they will file in lieu of payment though.
I know nothing about them other than seeing those same ads as you see. I haven't heard of anyone here using them.
There's actually some other online suppliers who offer the same thing...Liberty Medical is one and there are others but I don't remember their names.
All of them say "at little or no cost to you" and the clincher is if a person has a secondary insurance (like a Medicare supplement) to pick up the copay.

Re: IonMySleep
I have been receiving my supplies from them for over a year. They call you every few months and send you what you need in just a few days. I have never been charged for anything. They cover all of my copay costs. They are very reliable. Shipping is free as well. The very first time I ordered I received one incorrect item but I called them and they immediately shipped out the correct item and paid for the return shipping of my incorrect item. That was the one and only time anything has been incorrect. I find them to be a reputable company with great service. Hope you find this review helpful.
