Humidifier
Humidifier
Hi! I'm wondering if the reason I'm waking up without the nasal pillows in is due to too much humidification? Is that possible? Even though I set it on 1? Do some people not like the humidification at all? Thanks!
Re: Humidifier
Welcome to the board! It is a possibility to have too much humidification. Each person tolerates humidity, or the lack thereof, at a different level. Other than removing your nasal pillows, what gives you the impression that you are experiencing too much humidity? For what its worth, when I have too little humidity I experience a stuffy nose and a dry throat and coughing.

Re: Humidifier
there's two steps of less humididity, putting water in, but turning the humidifier off. (which is what my bedmate is currently using, and not putting in any water at all, (or not even hooking up the humidifier) which is what I normally do, except when I have a cold.KarenKoz wrote:Hi! so, yes. some people don't want extra humidity, or very little.
