Obstructive apnea with APAP

I prefer straight CPAP mode. With the proper setting, it eliminates most of the events and allows me to sleep much better without all the pressure changes.

Since you don't understand how APAPs work, I'd recommend switching yours to straight pressure and see how that works for you.
