Getting detailed info from resscan

I can only get summary info from the sd card using resscan. How do I get more information?
Is it a configuration issue on the S9 machine or is it a setting on the resscan software?

Did you have the SD card completely inserted in the machine all night? If not, you will not gat the daily detail.....only summary.

Did you change the download from summary only (that's the default) to "all available data"?
This is the most common reason for getting summary only and no graphs...people forget to change the download so that "all available data" is downloaded...don't forget to make this choice the new default.

If you did that already...the other reason for nothing but summary data is the SD card not being in the machine through the night.
